Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for services purchased through our platform. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this policy.

Section 1: Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Time Frame for Refunds: Refunds will be considered if requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Incomplete Orders: If an order is marked as completed but has not been executed, a partial refund may be issued.

  3. Delay in Commencement: If an order has not commenced within 5 days of being placed, a full refund will be provided.

  4. Refill Services: For services that include refills, partial refunds may be issued based on refill conditions.

  5. Refund Method: Refunds will generally be credited to your account balance. There are rare and exceptional circumstances that we will refund outright and we reserve the right to decide solely and wholly. Should a full refund be warranted, it will be refunded via the method it was purchased.

Section 2: Disputes and Chargebacks

  1. Agreement Not to File Disputes or Chargebacks: By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. For refunds, please contact our support team as indicated above.

  2. Consequences of Disputes/Chargebacks: If a dispute or chargeback is filed against us following a payment, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, ban your account, and revoke any followers or likes delivered to your or your client's social media account. We will also remove all the followers and engagement. 

Section 3: Non-refundable Circumstances

  1. Finalized Orders: Orders that are placed and processed through our platform cannot be refunded or canceled after they have been finalized.

  2. Misplaced or Private Account Orders: Orders associated with misplaced or private accounts are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure that all information is accurate before placing an order.

  3. Unauthorized Use: Any fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the termination of your account, with no exceptions.

  4. Simultaneous Use of Multiple Servers: If you use more than one server simultaneously for the same page, we cannot ensure the accuracy of followers/likes counts. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. Please exercise caution.

  5. Service Delivery Time: Most of our services commence instantly, although some may take 24-48 hours for delivery. If you experience a delay, please contact our support team for assistance. We are available 18 hours a day to provide support.
